Are all of the items in stores available through PawnMart.com?
No. Some transactions are too complex to occur on PawnMart.com, therefore a store sales transaction or phone transaction may be required. Also, some of our items may require special shipping arrangements. A transaction that may be considered too complex would be more of a business to business transaction such as purchasing 1,000 CD's at one time, purchasing a $10,000 diamond ring, or purchasing an item that requires special shipping arrangements.


What forms of payment are accepted?
PawnMart.com accepts PayPal and all major credit cards issued by U.S. banks: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept debit cards (also called "check cards", "ATM cards", or "banking cards") but only those with a VISA or MasterCard logo on the front.

The billing address of the credit card must be within the 50 United States of America. Please use the exact billing address as seen from your statement.

Credit cards must have a CVV2 number on the card, that's the 3 digit security code on the flipside of Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards next to the cardholders signature. It's a 4-digit security code for American Express cards that tends to be on the face of the card.



What forms of payment are not accepted?

We do not accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit cards that require voice referrals
  • Cashiers checks
  • Money orders
  • Personal checks
  • Cash

Why am I being told to Call for Quote when I try to order an item?
In order to purchase items that cannot be added to your cart; typically large items that require special shipping arrangements or a complex transaction such as 1,000 CD's or a $10,000 diamond ring; you must call 1-800-729-6261 to speak with a customer service agent in order to make payment and shipping arrangements. Most of these types of inquiries will require cashier's checks, money orders, or in-store purchase/pickup as an accepted form of payment.


When Is My Order Charged To My Credit Card?
PawnMart.com will preauthorize the credit card used at the time the order takes place. A preauthorization is simply guaranteeing the availability of those funds for the purchasing amount. You will not be charged until the item has been fulfilled and processed for shipment. You will be charged once for each order processed for shipment.


When does PawnMart.com process orders for shipment?
Orders on our website are instantly routed to the appropriate store's point of sale (POS) system and fulfillment stations. Items are re tested and reviewed to verify the accuracy of the product description before an item is packaged and fulfilled for shipment. If we notice a discrepancy, we will notify the buyer with a phone call or email prior to fulfilling the order for shipment. A majority of orders are processed for shipment within 24 hours and will be shipped the next business day (M-F). Shipping business days are Monday through Friday and they do not include major US holidays. Often times we are able to process and ship items the same business day if ordered prior to 11:00am EST but please do not expect this quick of a turnaround time for each order. If you notice that we haven't processed your order for shipment within 72 hours, please contact Customer Service along with your order number.


I ordered several items at one time but I haven't received them all
If your order included multiple items, you will likely receive items in multiple shipments and packages. Since we have multiple stores, each item is likely coming from a different location. Most orders shipped have tracking numbers which are emailed to you when we process the order for shipment. If you have not received an item by the expected delivery date, please email us at Customer Service and include the order number. If you notice that the shipment has been rerouted, please notify the shipping carrier (FedEx) at 1-800-463-3339 or email Customer Service and refer to the tracking number.


My Order Didn't Arrive
Orders shipped through FedEx (Ground, Express, Overnight) can be tracked using the tracking number provided in the Shipping Confirmation email we send when the order is shipped. If you still have questions about an order that has not arrived, please call 1-800-729-6261 or email Customer Service. If an item is lost during shipment we will need to investigate the event with the shipping carrier. FedExu will conduct a complete investigation to locate the package. The investigation may include a search of our shipping system and operation centers, or calls to recipients or shippers. The FedEx search process usually takes seven to ten business days. Please contact Customer Service or 1-800-729-6261 if you believe an item may be lost during shipment as we will need to file a claim.


I received an item but it is damaged or defective
We are committed to your total shopping satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the item, please review our Returns Policy and Procedures.


How does PawnMart.com calculate sales tax?
PawnMart.com taxes orders of items that are sent to or picked up in GA or NC. We have corporate owned stores in each of these states. Our physical stores and internet operations are combined, therefore we must tax appropriately. The amount taxed depends upon many factors including the price of the item, type of item, and shipping destination. We also tax items if purchased/picked up in the store at the store's tax rate. In accordance with state tax laws, the total selling price of an item will also include charges associated with shipping and gift wrapping. Charges associated with shipping and gift wrapping are considered taxable because these are services we provide, therefore taxable. The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address where your order was shipped or store location that the item was purchased/ picked up. The sales tax rate applied to your order may be different for an order shipped to your home address than it is for an order for the very same item shipped to your work address.
